George first started in the automotive industry back in 1992 at Phil McCarroll Toyota. After many successful years in pre-owned automotive sales George moved to new car sales at McCarrolls Hyundai in September 2008 as part of the original team. From the start George showed exceptional skills in new vehicles sales earning him many awards, such as:
- Membership in Hyundai Council of Sales Leadership.
- 2010 Regional Sales Consultant Mid-Year
- 2010 Regional Sales Consultants Of the Year
Based on his success, George was promoted to Sales Manager in 2011 and is currently leading the team that he helped form.

George Ershova approached us when we were looking at a Santa Fe on your floor. We explained to him that we were only there to see how the Santa Fe looked in grey and were not going to buy. George accepted this but still stayed to talk to us and answer all our questions without being pushy or begrudging us his time.
