My daughter Susannah and I would like to personally thank you for all your assistance in helping us select a new car. As you know I decided to trade in my Honda HRV that I had from new.
I did a lot of research before selecting the new car and although I was pretty certain I wanted the i30, I thought I'd better test drive a couple of other makes for comparison. When I test drove the i30 I knew within about 1 minute that it was the car for us!
It is a fantastically well engineered and designed car that provides everything we need for comfortable and safe driving. All my friends who have come over to look at it have been very impressed with all aspects of the vehicle.

Dear Abid,
I attended a market research focus group last night for people who had recently purchased a new car. From the questions I was asked it was apparent that the transaction with my dealership was a much more pleasant experience than some of the others in the group.
I believe it is important to pass on feedback these days to Managers as they are the first to hear complaints but don’t always hear the praise. I was very happy with George’s service, he was helpful, pleasant yet not too pushy. George knew the product and he took the interest in making sure the end result met my needs. Even if it did take me almost 3 months, I am so happy with my purchase!
